MSU Broad Art Museum Teacher Fellowship Program
The MSU Broad Art Museum, in partnership with the African Studies Center, Asian Studies Center, and the Center for Latin America & Caribbean Studies have held two Teacher Fellowship: Global DEI Through Art programs for K-12 educators of all subjects to broaden students’ understandings of global diversity, equity, and inclusion; deepen their critical thinking and curiosity about people around the world; all the while building skills of observation, imagination, and creativity through experiences with art.

Global Children's Literature Teacher Fellowship Program
The Michigan State University College of Education, in partnership with the Asian Studies Center, African Center for Latin America and Caribbean Studies, and African Studies Center hosted the 2023 Global Children’s Literature Teacher Fellowship program. This fellowship brought together K-12 classroom teachers from around mid-Michigan, with a team of MSU faculty and graduate students to connect local and global ideas through children's literature.
